"SMASH AND GRAB" SUSPECT WANTED FOR MULTIPLE BURGLARIES IN CUSTODY

FROM LAPD WILSHIRE DETECTIVES...

A burglary suspect wanted for at least 25 Melrose/Beverly Corridor burglaries was finally arrested during a recent undercover operation.  The suspect, using a heavy object like a brick or rock would smash store display windows and grab merchandise and flee.

Melrose Action Neighborhood Watch is your crime watch organization for your area.  Our boundaries are from La Cienega Bl. to La Brea Bl. and from Beverly Bl. to the West Hollywood City limit.

Meetings are generally held every three months and a community meeting is conducted annually. Every August we produce a National Night Out event at Poinsettia Park.
